Sustainable Results Through Integrative Healing
Many clients report feeling significantly better immediately after a healing session—more regulated, balanced, and at ease. However, for some, these effects are short-lived. Once back in familiar routines, relationships, and mental patterns, previous symptoms or emotional states can quickly resurface. Even with healthy habits, we all have unconscious patterns that can limit long-term progress.
My approach addresses this challenge through a personalized combination of evidence-informed modalities that support both immediate relief and long-term integration. These include Pilates, movement biomechanics, yin yoga, acupressure, myofascial and trigger point therapy, Reiki, meditation, somatic therapy, the BodyTalk System, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
Each session is designed not only to improve function and well-being in the moment, but also to equip you with tools and embodied awareness that help sustain those results. The goal is to promote continued growth, nervous system regulation, and a reduced likelihood of recurring issues—so you can move forward with greater ease and resilience in daily life.

Client Testimonials:
One of my goals in Pilates with Maddie is to tone and strengthen the back of my arms and around the bra line. My weekly Pilates sessions are working! Now I even get compliments on how great my arms look!
Alysia
I have done pilates on and off for over 15 years and Maddie is by far the most amazing experience I have ever had. She has a keen insight and understanding of how to adjust your body in the slightest way to achieve the greatest result. Her compassion, humor and positive attitude puts you right at ease and makes it fun to work out. I have some limitations and Maddie always finds creative ways to work around them. She’s the best!
Denise
Maddie is the best! I started with her about six months after my daughter was born who is now three. She was critical in helping me find my core postpartum. She helped guide me through my second pregnancy. I had significantly less back pain with my second pregnancy than my first and I attribute this completely to Maddie. As I was nearing the end of my pregnancy, Maddie helped to prepare me for birth, including specific exercises which led to a quick and easy delivery. I even recall one specific exercise which spurred my labor. This postpartum journey has been so much easier physically for me and I know that is largely in part two my continued work with Maddie starting back with her only two weeks postpartum this time. She is able to adapt to wherever you are in your life, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

I went with a friend to Maddie’s for my first Pilates class, and now I have started going 3 times a week. Maddie isn’t just helping me tone and lengthen but also she helps me be aligned in other aspects of life. Aligned mind, body, and soul. Maddie specifically tailors the exercises for you! Time with Maddie is time not just time with a Pilates instructor but with a friend, a helper, and a positive light by your side helping you be your best self!

As a birth doula, Maddie brings a unique, integrative approach that supports the whole person—physically, emotionally, and energetically—throughout the birthing process. With a foundation in movement therapy, body alignment, somatic awareness, and energy work, she helps birthing individuals stay connected to their bodies, their breath, and their inner strength. This allows her to offer gentle, effective hands-on techniques for pain relief, positional support, and nervous system regulation during labor. Her understanding of movement and fascia helps her guide clients in optimizing pelvic alignment and breathing patterns—key components for a smoother and more empowered birth experience. Emotionally, Maddie creates a grounded, compassionate presence. She holds space for the unfolding of each person’s unique birth story while offering tools such as meditation, Reiki, and mindful movement to help process fear, tension, or past trauma. About Maddie
Maddie fell in love with movement growing up in Tampa playing sports and dancing. She pursued concert dance at Blake High School and received a BFA in Dance from the University of Utah. During that time she completed 450 hr. comprehensive Pilates certification. After college she moved to NYC and taught a climate of diverse clientele. Here, she dealt with her own dance related injuries. This instigated a deeper dive in her personal Pilates practice. She then obtained an advanced certification for movement professionals which included courses in anatomy, physiology, hypermobility, and pre- and postnatal continued education courses. After moving back to Tampa she acquired multiple certifications such as, Body Talk, Yin Yoga, Birth Doula, and Reiki. This continued education sets her apart from other instructors and helps her have multiple skill sets to meet clients with various needs. Her 10 years of experience has deepened her hands on skills, pain management approach, and goal setting mentality for herself and her clients. She has worked with clients navigating challenges such as disc herniations, spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, joint replacement and repair, scoliosis, spinal fusions, and more. She specializes in movement re-education and works with a range of clients dealing with complex, chronic issues and those just looking to support their bigger fitness goals.
